These maps provide a stable foundation for new forms of balanced distributed working and problem solving. They encourage inclusion and diversity in perspectives while uncovering blind spots and bias.

Measure

See the big picture without getting lost in the complexity. The biggest challenge with any transformation project is being able to sense all the moving, interconnected parts. Learn

Co-Create the (online and offline) collaborative decision making environments that allow teams to explore complex challenges. We provide expert facilitation to accelerate adoption of the data-savvy, tech supported, human centric ways of working. We work on ongoing projects with teams, or host larger, one off events for larger groups.

Act

Build engagement and foster a high performance culture by training your team in the core skills that really matter. We use contemporary psychological and management research to develop short focussed training modules that address the real, underlying elements of a culture of deep engagement. If necessary, we assist with the design and implementation of technology solutions - but people come first.
